First, in my case NOTHING is allowed in the test room. Certainly not
Calculator as another person suggested (see )
Most of Math questions are relatively easy, and lots of them already discussed
in some earlier JJ(s) -- THANKS.
I encountered 2 particular difficult ones (to me). They are both Data
Sufficiency questions. Unfortunately I was so concentrated then that I couldn't
remember anything about them now. The good news is: you could still get 51 in
Math.
1. 2 scales, both are linear (some earlier JJs already mentioned this question
but all of them omitted this important assumption.)
Scale#1's 30 corresponds to #2's 8.
Scale#1's 60 corresponds to #2's 24.
What does #1's 100 correspond to on #2 ?
Answer: just draw a map and list the equations -- easy.
2. Celsius v.s. Fahrenheit
Given F=((C*(5/9)) + 32), also given 5 distinct points on C scale, and a
Ans: 5/9(e-a)
3. 10 balls, 1 red, 1 blue. Randomly pick 3, what's the probability that it
includes the red but not the blue ?
Ans: 7/30.
4. 0
Ans: 3 (x can be 12, 27, 75)
5. A coin. head and tail have same possibility. 扔3次. 3 次一样的概率?
Ans:1/4
6.m 被13除商为p余2, 被17除余2,p被17除余几?
Ans:0
7. 直脚三角形一条边为10,问另外俩条边为:
(1) 6, 8
(2) 15/2, 25/2
(3) ...(cannot remember the numbers)
Ans: choose the one that lists all of (1), (2), and (3).
Cannot remember more, but most of them are trivial.
