昨天有一道数学JJ表述不够准确

a payment on a credit card acount is x or (5 percent of the y)括号里的就是 the balance of the credit card account., which is even greater than x.. question:is x equall to 5 percent of y（the balance of the credit card account. ） ?(i'm sure about the question and i must be wrong at this item. but i'm sure about the two conditions.)
1) 10x=y
2) y=200

此题我也记不清了,但是选a,因为题目给的是问求x,y的关系，两个条件没错的

还有一道ds，问x+y是否偶数，a，xy是偶数，b，x-y是偶数我选b
还有几道记忆太模糊了，怎么也表述不清
