(3)AA题目一看就没见过（至少我没见过），吃了一惊，讲政府为了减少高速公路的事故发生率，考虑在公路上增加限速标志，有人反对：应该减少限速标志。但是，在增加限速标志后，州内高速公路的事故率上升了3%，问何以解释这种现象？
我突然觉得这不是一片驳论文章，心里就暗了许多，影响了以后的发挥。
