我说的咱们很多打过电话的都说还没收到注册信息
原来考前15天注册信息是到不了美国的现在还在我们的海外考试中心了
通知如果您发现您现在的状态仍是未交费，为了确保您的报名能够成功，请在2003年1月29热下午5：00前将您的汇款回执，或者网上支付的交易号传?

我想这大概验证了我的猜想
他们不至于一个一个的单独向美国提交数据吧
所以我们应当直接与中国海外考试中心联系

Regarding your inquiry:
Thank you for contacting the GRE Program.
Your request for a refund of your GRE Test fee has been processed.
As explained in the 2002-2003 GRE Information and Registration Bulletin,
you are entitled to a partial refund of $60 of the test fee paid for the
computer-based GRE General Test, and $25 of your test fee paid for the
computer-based GRE Writing Test provided that you cancel your appointment no later than seven business day prior to your appointment. This policy reflects the fact that certain processing costs are incurred regardless of whether you actually take the test or decide to have your scores reported.
Refund requests must be received within 60 days of an appointment
cancellation (provided the cancellation meets the policy requirements) or within 60 days of the expiration date appearing on an authorization
voucher.
Credit card payments will be credited back to the original credit card.
Refunds will be made in U.S. dollar denominations. Allow 10 weeks for
receipt of refund.

Q:每天何时发送传真
A:每晚11点以后确认ETS传真可用后统一发送，此时为纽约时间上午10点
传真发送成功率比较高。一次发送不成功会多次发送直到发送成功。
Q:最晚几号退考
A:理论上为本月以内可以退3.15的考试，为保险起见越早越好
Q:通过电邮是否可以退考
A:不清楚。但是传真更加正式，要求ETS送托福GRE成绩的三种方式为电话，
传真，书面信件，电子邮件的方式是不行的。
建议为确保你的$60返款，最好传真一下再发电子邮件要求确认。
