上海自费1000被拒

之前看了一些自费兄弟的贴子，觉得有戏，可结果...
本人跨专业，读master，只有完成prerequisite courses才可申请奖。该有的硬伤全有。
我只准备了一年的费用。可VOgg好象并没仔细看。

签经：
Me: Hello
VO: Hello, (看材料），you want to study in USA?（扔出收据）
Me: （窃喜）yes.
Vo: You work in shanghai?
Me: Yes
Vo: How many years? Do you have the name card?
.....
.....
VO: How many years you plan to study in USA?
Me: two years.(钱不够，少说两年）
VO:(看I-20)but you I-20 say you will study for 4 years.
Me:(感觉不妙,explain) balabala....
...
Vo: Who will support you when you in USA?
Me: Myself. ......
....

VO: I'm sorry.I can't issue you the visa this time. You can apply next time
when you get the scholarship.
...

感想：
之前美国同学强烈建议去广州签，没听。还是想在上海碰运气。可人生中许多事，谁又说的清楚。
